This paper considers the task of implementing proactive control of robotic systems (RS) for rescuing victims. The use of a wide range of sensory elements in the RS allows one to expand the list of monitored parameters and to generate the control action with the use of predictive and proactive capabilities based on the methods and technology of integrated modeling. A complex of models for making decisions about assistance to victims is presented. The efficiency of such decisions is evaluated.References
