An approach to decentralized control of supply networks based on the collective intelligence theory and multi agent systems is proposed. A model of the supply network is created. For optimal control of the flows in uncertain environment reinforcement learning algorithms are used at the local level, while generalization of the Q-dual-learning algorithm is proposed to optimize the global behavior.
