This article presents a modification of instruments of geostatistical analysis on the base of rank «normalization» data. The author uses a system of dynamic visualization multivariate data to control credibility and reliability of co-kriging. On the base of this modification of geostatistical analysis, he develops algorithms of analysis of multivariate medical data and demonstrates the practical use of these methods in health provider organizations.
