Optimising cellura phone coverage zone in subur¬ban areas using methods of stochastic programming
Abstract
The issues of rational placement of basic cellular communication station re-transmitters in out-of-town areas using digital cartographical information are discussed. The positioning method is based on stochastic programming with probability limitations, and is suggested in this article. The decision is represented as a determinate vector.
