A method of multi—criteria ranking of complex systems with different types of data uncertainty
Abstract
We discuss a task of decision making in the case when the criteria could be formalized quantitatively, given in an uncertain linguistic form, and in a partially formalized form at the same time. The task is reduced to building an ordered set of effective variants (Pareto tuple) of complex technical systems when the optimization criteria are not uniform. A numerical example is given.
