Algorithms of analog-digital transformation in the presence of additive noise
Abstract
Errors of analog-digital transformation in the presence of additive noise are investigated both analytically and by means of imitational modelling. The conclusions of this study may help to increase the accuracy of the analog-digital transformation at the expense of an additional computer processing of the raw results. Introduction of auxiliary noise reduces the quantization error after additional processing, but without increasing the word length in the analog-digital transformation.
