Multi-criteria analysis of separate elements influencing complex system performance

A method of solving the task of multi-criteria failure criticality analysis of the complex systems elements’ failures, based on a combined method of a fuzzy logic conclusion and of the experiment planning theory methods, is suggested. The resulting indicator of the element failure criticality is presented in the form of a polynom which accounts for both the influence of the separately taken indicators and the influence of the indicators’ aggregations (of 2, 3, etc.).
