Designing a method to control carrier rocket when angular velocity of rotation is used as a control program

In the following article a design of optimal control of launching a carrier into an elliptical orbit in a non-atmospheric active region, engaging uninterrupted operation of the propulsion system with unregulated traction, is discussed. The angular velocity of the carrier on the pitch and the yaw angle are set as the control parameters. The maximum mass of the carrier at the time of orbiting is set as the optimality criterion. A management structure and a method of finding the parameters of the carrier control are defined.
