Experimental evaluation of LINUX OS versions processing speed
Abstract
The processing speed parameters are among the most important characteristics of real time operating systems (RTOS). The article presents experimental evaluation methods of RTOS processing speed and the results of the methods application for processing speed evaluation of OS LINUX versions, directed on real-time applications support. The principles of measurements organization and systematization are considered. The consideration is based on standard POSIX recommendations, related to the experimental evaluation of OS processing speed.
