Development of the Multi-Agent System “Smart Factory” for Operative Resource Management in Real Time

There have been described principles of development of the multi-agent system “Smart Factory” designed for real-time resource management of production departments of machinebuilding enterprises. The multi-agent technology provides flexible reaction to unexpected events occurring during manufacturing process that allows scheduling, optimizing and managing work of enterprises staff in real time. There has been presented a method of adaptive resource scheduling, the main functions, architecture and the system interface. It is shown that introduction of the intellectual system “Smart Factory” allows to perform work within the required deadlines, to decrease costs and risks.
