Classification Methods in Diagnostics of Urolithiasis Using Fuzzy Logics for Data Preprocessing

There has been considered a problem of classifier construction for diagnostics of urolithiasis with preliminary data processing including dimension reduction and fuzzy conclusion. Classification rules are selected from decision trees, they are fuzzified and validated by a medical expert. The achieved results have shown that the proposed methods of preliminary data processing improve accuracy of urolithiasis diagnostics.
