The interlink between the dynamic processes taking place in live and artificial systems in form of a stationary state (attractor) operator which describes the evolution of systems in their interaction with the environment is considered. It is shown that the compensation principle of maintaining dynamic equilibrium of the system and the environment in the past and the present constitutes the basis of evolutionary processes. Violation of the balance leads to imbalance which can be detected while restoring the lost equilibrium.
