The subject of this article is description of information technology introduction in medical prophylactic institutions staff everyday practice and medical expert decision making support system development. An example of in-hospital infection prognosis process modeling for a medical expert decision making support system is given. In order to create the model a method which provides
combining the experimental data concerning the number of in-hospital infection cases and expert estimation of appropriateness taken from expert data is proposed. The appropriateness obtained is formalized by means of illegible logics via illegible rules tuning.
