There have been proposed technical tools, models and methods to reduce oil loading / unloading time and to reduce tanker offshore oil transportation cycle. Freight system peculiarities have been considered, use of a quick release device with a «floating ball» has been proposed. Mathematical models of oil loading process based on pump characteristics approximation have been considered. Cost and pressure balance model based on hydraulic analogues of Kirchhoff equations including local hydraulic resistance has been suggested. The modeling system and algorithm of oil loading process providing nearly optimal flow changes and reducing oil transportation time in accordance with LEAD TIME criterion have been designed.
